You do! Our easy template-driven site wizard makes the whole process quick and simple - absolutely no coding or website experience necessary. Our friendly interface lets you preview what your website will look like throughout the creation process and you can change the content whenever you like. Because you'­re in charge, you have complete freedom and each page can go live the second you'­re done

3) What makes our wedding website personal?

You can completely customise the way your website looks by selecting from the many design templates and colour schemes which Hope & Honey offers, and by displaying your own photos and contents. You can use as many (or few) pages as you like to create your unique personal wedding website.

4) How long will it take to create our website?

That'­s completely up to you! If a simple and informative website is what you want then the whole creation process shouldn'­t take any longer than 30mins. If you dream of something more elaborate, with pages to cover every aspect of your wedding plans, then this will take longer.

5) Will I need to download any software?

No. Hope & Honey is entirely web-based, meaning there are no software downloads and you can access, create and edit your website from any computer with an internet connection.

6) How will my guests know about our wedding website?

We understand that most couples wish to send out wedding invitations through the post and the best way to tell your guests about your wedding website is to print the address in your wedding invitation. If you have already sent out your invites then you could email the link to them.

7) Is this another social networking site?

No, Hope & Honey is essentially a tool which allows you to create your own wedding website which can then be viewed like any other. Your wedding guests do not have to become members to view your site, nor do they have to create anything themselves.

8) When should we create our website?

Generally speaking, the earlier the better - our most popular hosting term is 12 months. You should aim to include the address of your website in your wedding invitations and give interstate and overseas visitors plenty of time to make travel and accommodation arrangements. You can also post details of other wedding-related events on your website such as your engagement party, buck'­s and hen'­s nights and bridal shower and have guests RSVP online to these too. The more time you give your guests to use your website, the more involved they can be.

When choosing a hosting term, remember that your guests will want to upload their own photos from your wedding day and read stories from your honeymoon, so allow some time for this too.

9) What happens at the end of our hosting term?

If you want to keep your website live past the end of your prepaid hosting term then you can you can purchase 6 month hosting extensions for $29.

If you'­re happy to let your website go offline then we strongly recommend using our keepsake service and let us put your whole website onto a commemorative DVD to enjoy for years to come. Hope & Honey is pleased to offer this service for $30 and $15 for each additional copy. Prices exclude postage.

10) Will there be any banner advertisements on my wedding website?

Definitely not. Hope & Honey is a premium service and we understand that you don'­t want your perfect wedding website spoiled with advertisements.

11) Am I able to "hide" and "unhide" pages?

With a Hope & Honey website, you have total flexibility. You can hide and unhide pages and add new ones at any time, allowing you to create the perfect wedding website at your own pace. When a page is inactive, all of the information is stored until you are ready for it to be viewed.

12) How much does it cost?

Packages start from as little as $6.61 per month. The standard hosting periods are 6, 12 and 18 months but you can choose to have your website live for as long as you like by purchasing 6 monthly extensions for $29.

13) Do my guests have to pay?

No way! Access to your wedding website is absolutely free for all of your guests and anyone else who you want to visit your site. There are no memberships, no account sign-ins and no hidden charges.

14) How do I pay?

You can pay online as part of our secure sign-up process using Visa, Mastercard and American Express. If you do not have a credit card then please contact us and we will be happy to make alternative arrangements.

15) How do I know that my Credit Card payment will be secure?

Hope & Honey uses Australia's leading payment gateway, eWay, for all credit card payments. eWay offers 1024 bit bank encryption to provide secure transactions, and supports Verified by Visa and Mastercard SecureCode.

16) Can I make a purchase with a credit card that is not in my name?

Absolutely, with the cardholder's permission!

17) Can I make a purchase if I do not live in Australia?

Absolutely! We are pleased to provide our personal wedding website services around the world and have sites catering for specific regions including Australia, the US and Canada - www.hopeandhoney.com, Africa - www.hopeandhoney.co.za, New Zealand - www.hopeandhoney.co.nz and the UK and Ireland - www.hopeandhoney.co.uk. All countres are billed in Australian Dollars.

19) How can I prevent people from viewing our website?

Access to your website is controlled by password protection. This ensures that only guests who are invited to view the website can do so.

20) Can we integrate our online gift registry with our wedding website?

Yes. You can create a page on your website which links directly to your online gift registry and details any necessary information

21) We want a money tree instead of a gift registry. Can Hope & Honey help?

Of course. Hope & Honey'­s exclusive Honey Pot feature allows your guests to contribute money through your wedding website into a Pay Pal account.

22) Can I create a page for our bridal shower and allow guests to RSVP online?

Yes. You have the freedom to create any page you like, whether it'­s for your engagement party, bridal shower, hen'­s party... you name it! You can also create multiple event RSVPs and send out invites by email.
